Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated · Version 1
This page explains how to remove your information from Publinza.
Disconnect Google Search Console or Google Analytics
If you are a Publisher and have connected a Google product:
- Sign in and open Publisher → Integrations.
- Choose Disconnect for Search Console or Google Analytics.
Disconnecting deletes Publinza's stored access to your Google account immediately. To also remove Publinza from your Google account's list of connected apps, visit myaccount.google.com/connections and remove Publinza there.
Figures already recorded from a connected account, and your property selections, are kept after you disconnect. To have them deleted, send a deletion request as described below and say that you want your Google-derived data removed.
Request deletion of your account or data
Publinza does not currently offer a self-service button to delete an account. To request deletion:
- Email outreach@publinza.pro, or contact us through our Support page.
- Send the request from the email address registered to your account, or include it, so we can confirm the request is yours.
- Say what you would like deleted: your whole account, your listings, your Google-derived data, or something else.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and we will tell you when it has been completed.
What may be kept
Some records must be kept even after an account is closed:
- records of orders, payments, refunds and payouts, for as long as needed for accounting, tax, dispute and legal purposes;
- information about orders with other users that are still in progress, until they are resolved;
- information we are required to keep by law.
Article files uploaded to an order are deleted automatically thirty days after the order is completed, whether or not you ask.
