Privacy Policy
Last updated · Version 3
This Privacy Policy explains what information Publinza (the "Service", "we", "us") collects when you use app.publinza.pro, how it is used, who it is shared with, how long it is kept and the choices you have.
1. Information you give us
- Account information: your name, email address and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash.
- Publisher information: your publisher display name; the websites you list, their descriptions, categories, country, language, prices, offers, turnaround and link treatment; sample links; images you upload for a listing; and any website metrics you report yourself (for example a domain rating).
- Order information: the brief, target URL, anchor text and article files an Advertiser provides; the live URL a Publisher delivers; revision requests; messages exchanged on an order; and ratings.
- Payment information you submit: when you pay by a method Publinza verifies manually, the payment reference you give us (such as a PayPal transaction ID or a UPI transaction reference), any note you add and, for UPI, a screenshot or receipt you choose to attach. See section 5.
- SEO tool information: the SEO projects you create, and the websites and pages you ask us to audit or analyse.
- Support requests: what you send us when you contact support.
2. Information collected automatically
- Sessions: when you sign in we record the time, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string with your session. We use them to keep you signed in and to protect accounts from abuse.
- Technical logs: our servers and hosting provider record technical information about requests, such as the time, IP address, requested address and any errors, to keep the Service secure and working.
- Service records: the history of orders, payments, payouts, notifications and emails sent, which the Service needs in order to work and to keep accurate financial records.
We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts, and we do not build advertising profiles.
3. Cookies
Publinza uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service:
- session cookies that keep you signed in and protect your session;
- one preference cookie that remembers whether you view the marketplace as a grid or a table.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
4. How we use information
We use information to run the Service: to create and secure your account; to show listings in the marketplace; to process orders, payments, refunds and payouts; to send the emails the Service needs to send, such as account verification, password reset and order updates; to run the SEO tools you ask for; to answer support requests; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
5. Payments
Card and online payments. Payments made through a payment provider enabled on the Service, which may include Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay, are processed by that provider. Card and account details you give a provider are handled by that provider under its own privacy policy; Publinza does not receive or store full card numbers or your login details for the provider. We record the amount, currency, status and the provider's reference of each payment.
Payments Publinza verifies manually. Some methods - paying Publinza's PayPal account directly, or paying by UPI in Indian rupees - are checked by a person at Publinza rather than confirmed by a provider. For these we record:
- the order, the method, the amount due, and the payment details we showed you at the time - for UPI, the UPI ID and payee name, the US dollar amount, the conversion rate and the rupee amount fixed for that payment;
- the payment reference you submit, any note you add, when you submitted it and, for UPI, your confirmation that you sent the exact amount;
- for UPI, a screenshot or receipt you choose to attach as proof (an image or PDF of up to 5 MB);
- our decision: whether the payment was verified or rejected, when, by which administrator, the reason category given to you, and the administrator's internal note.
We use this information to find and verify your payment, to prevent fraud and the reuse of a payment reference on another order, to handle refunds and disputes, to keep accurate accounting and audit records, and to meet legal obligations. Apart from you, payment references and proof are seen only by Publinza's administrators; the Publisher of your order does not see them. Proof files are kept in private storage and opened only through short-lived links.
Share only what is needed. A proof should show the payment, not more: hide or crop unrelated transactions, balances or account numbers before attaching it. Publinza will never ask for, and you should never send, a UPI PIN, a one-time password (OTP), a bank or card password, or full card details - in a proof, a note or anywhere else.
Payouts. We record the amount, status, method and reference of each publisher payout.
6. Public website data used by the SEO tools
When you request an audit or URL analysis, Publinza fetches the public pages involved, as a search-engine crawler would, and respects robots.txt. The marketplace also shows public page-experience and performance measurements from Google's Chrome UX Report and PageSpeed Insights for listed websites. These describe websites, not individual people.
7. Google integrations
Publishers can choose to connect Google Search Console and Google Analytics to show verified figures for the websites they list. Connecting is optional.
What we request. Read-only access only: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly for Search Console and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly for Google Analytics. We do not request permission to change anything in your Google account, and we do not request your Google name, email address or profile.
What we read and keep. The list of Search Console properties and Google Analytics properties you can access, so you can choose which one belongs to each website. For each property you select we keep its identifier, its name and, for Search Console, your permission level on it. For those selected properties we read website-level totals:
- from Search Console: clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position;
- from Google Analytics: sessions, active users and page views.
We ask Google for totals only. We do not request or store search queries, individual page URLs, visitor-level data, countries or devices.
How we use it. The figures are shown on your listing, including to Advertisers browsing the marketplace, labelled as coming from your connected account. That is the only purpose of the integration. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and we do not transfer it to anyone except as needed to provide this feature, for security or to comply with law.
How we protect it. The long-lived authorization Google grants (a refresh token) is stored encrypted and used only on our servers; it is never sent to your browser. The short-lived access tokens obtained from it are used for a single request and are not stored.
Disconnecting. You can disconnect a Google product at any time from your integrations settings. Disconnecting deletes the stored Google access immediately, so Publinza can no longer read from your account. Your property selections and the figures already recorded are kept, so that listing history stays accurate and reconnecting is simple; you can ask us to delete them as described in our Data Deletion Instructions. Disconnecting in Publinza does not remove Publinza from your Google account's list of connected apps; you can remove it there at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections.
Limited Use. Publinza's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Who we share information with
- Other users, as the marketplace requires: Advertisers see listings, including publisher-reported and connected figures; the two parties to an order see the order's details, files, deliveries and messages. The Publisher of an order also sees the Advertiser's name and email address, because fulfilling an order can require direct contact; an Advertiser sees only the Publisher's chosen display name. Email addresses are never shown in the public marketplace.
- Service providers who process information on our behalf: our hosting provider, our file-storage provider, our email-delivery provider, and the payment providers described in section 5. For a payment you make by UPI or directly to Publinza's PayPal account, your own bank, payment app or PayPal handles the payment under its own terms.
- Authorities, where the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the Service.
We do not sell personal information.
9. How long we keep information
- Article files uploaded to an order are deleted thirty days after the order is completed.
- Proof files attached to a UPI payment are deleted 180 days after Publinza verifies or rejects that payment; a payment still awaiting a decision keeps its proof. The payment reference, our decision and its history are payment records and are kept as described below. A deletion request does not shorten this period, because the proof may be needed to answer a question about the payment.
- Account, listing, order, payment, refund, payout, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, audit and related records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant business, accounting, tax, legal, regulatory, dispute, security and enforcement purposes.
- Sessions end when you sign out or when they expire.
- Google access is deleted when you disconnect or when Google reports it has been revoked.
10. Your choices and rights
You can update your listings and settings in the Service, disconnect Google at any time, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. To close your account or request deletion, follow our Data Deletion Instructions. Depending on where you live you may have further rights under data-protection law, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
11. Security
We protect information with measures including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, encrypted storage of Google access, private file storage with short-lived download links, and access controls for administrators. No service can guarantee perfect security.
12. International processing
Publinza and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own, which may have different data-protection laws.
13. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version, and the date it was published, is always shown on this page. A change that materially affects you may be marked as requiring you to acknowledge it again.
