Answers you can read now
Most questions about projects, audits, keywords and reports are answered in the help center.
- Help center - step-by-step guides, from your first project to client reports.
- Frequently asked questions - short answers about data, Google, pricing and the marketplace.
- Troubleshooting - an audit that does not finish, an invitation that does not arrive, a limit you have reached.
Getting into your account
Sign-in, passwords and email verification.
Forgotten your password? Use password recovery. The link is sent to your registered address and expires; ask for a new one if it has.
Not received a verification link? Sign in and use the “Send verification link” button on the notice at the top of the page. Check the spam folder before asking for another - the link lasts an hour.
You can sign in, browse the marketplace and read everything on your account without a verified address. Verification is required before placing an order, paying for one or accepting one, because those are the points at which Publinza has to be able to reach you.
A payment that is still being checked
What “awaiting verification” means, and how long it lasts.
Payments are reviewed manually. A payment provider reporting success is not the same as Publinza recording it: a person checks every payment against the provider before an order moves on. Until they have, the order does not start and the publisher cannot accept it.
You can follow the status on the order itself, under your orders, and every change is recorded in your notifications. Returning to the payment page does not complete anything and does not speed it up.
If you believe you were charged and the order still shows no payment after the provider has settled it, get in touch and say which order and which payment method - not the card details.
Refunds
When one is owed, and how it is sent.
A refund becomes owed when an order that was paid for does not go ahead - most often because the publisher declined it. Publinza records that the refund is owed and an administrator sends it by hand, so it can take a few days to reach you.
The order page shows whether a refund is pending or complete. If the state does not match your own records, get in touch with the order and the date.
Publisher payouts
What you are owed, and when it is sent.
An earning becomes payable when the advertiser accepts your delivery and the order completes. It is then approved and sent by a person, outside the application - Publinza does not transfer money automatically and never claims to have.
Your earnings page shows each order’s state: awaiting approval, approved and owed, or paid. If a payout is marked sent and has not arrived, get in touch with the order and the date it was marked.
