Frequently asked questions

How Publinza works - SEO projects, plans, your data and the placement marketplace - and what the product does and does not promise.

Getting started and SEO

What is Publinza?

Publinza is an SEO workspace. It audits your website, keeps your keywords and rankings organized, turns what it finds into recommendations and tasks, and publishes reports for your team and your clients.

Alongside it, Publinza runs a marketplace where publishers list placements they sell on their own websites - guest posts and link insertions - and advertisers buy them. Publinza is not the publisher: every turnaround and description in the marketplace was written by the publisher who will do the work, and every price is a Marketplace price Publinza approved for that listing.

Can I use Publinza without connecting Google?

Yes. Site audits, keyword tracking, competitors, recommendations, tasks and reports all work from Publinza's own crawl and from data you enter or import.

Connecting Google Search Console and Google Analytics to an SEO project is built but not yet available. It opens once Publinza publishes the updated Privacy Policy that describes it.

Does Publinza scrape Google?

No. Publinza never fetches a Google search results page. The only pages it crawls are your own website and the competitor pages you add to a project.

Automatic rankings and keyword volumes would come from a licensed data provider. None is connected yet, and wherever that data would appear the product says so.

Can I import rankings?

Yes. Import a spreadsheet of positions from a rank tracker you already use, or record a position by hand. Every position is labelled with where it came from - entered by you or imported by you - and never shown as something Publinza measured.

How does site auditing work?

An audit starts at your home page and follows internal links, reading at most 50 pages and going at most four links deep. It honors robots.txt and never connects to a private or internal network address.

It records status codes, redirects, indexability, titles and descriptions, headings, links, sitemaps and content signals, and turns them into issues and recommendations. Audits run in the background, so a large site can take a while; the project shows the audit's progress.

Can I invite clients and team members?

Yes. Create an organization, invite teammates as admins, members or viewers, and attach projects to clients. A client can be given read-only access to the published reports of their own projects and nothing else.

Invitations are links you share; Publinza does not email them yet.

How are reports shared?

A report is a snapshot of a project at the moment it was generated. Once published, it does not change.

You can share a published report with a private link that has an expiry date and can be revoked at any time, or give a client viewer access to it in their own Publinza account.

What happens when I reach a plan limit?

Adding more of that thing is refused with a message naming the limit. Nothing you already have is deleted, hidden or locked: you can still read and export it, and archiving or removing items frees room.

Some limits exist for everyone regardless of plan - for example, an audit reads at most 50 pages and a project can follow at most ten competitors. Those keep the service safe and fair, and no plan raises them.

Your data and privacy

Is my data private?

Your SEO projects are visible to you and to the people you add to them, in the roles you give them. Organization members see what their role allows, and client viewers see only the published reports of their own projects.

The Privacy Policy describes what Publinza collects and how it is used.

Can advertisers see a publisher's analytics?

Only the summary figures a publisher chooses to connect for a website they list - such as search clicks or analytics sessions - and each is labelled with its source. Advertisers never see the publisher's Google account, their reports or anything about their other websites.

Advertisers' own SEO projects are never visible to publishers.

How long is data kept?

Your projects, audits, keywords and reports stay for as long as the project exists. Archiving a project stops new work on it without deleting its history.

Some records have a fixed lifetime: files attached to a marketplace order are deleted 30 days after the order completes, the scheduler's run history is kept for 30 days, and expired sign-in sessions and one-time links are removed after they expire. Order, payment and legal records are kept, because the law and the people involved may need them later.

How do I delete my account or data?

The Data deletion page explains how to ask for your account or data to be deleted. Before closing an account, transfer ownership of any organization you own, and cancel any paid plan once paid plans are available.

The marketplace

Why do some websites disappear from the marketplace?

A website is listed only while all of four things are true at once: Publinza moderation has approved it, the publisher has published it to the marketplace, it has at least one active placement, and it belongs to at least one active category.

All four are re-checked on every request, so a listing leaves the marketplace the moment any of them stops being true - most often because the publisher deactivated the placement or unpublished the site. It can come back the same way.

Where are the traffic and domain authority figures?

There are none, and that is deliberate. Publinza does not measure traffic, domain authority, ranking or any similar figure, and holds no data from a provider that does.

Showing a number with nothing behind it would be worse than showing no number, because it would be treated as a fact about the website. If Publinza ever publishes such a figure, the source will be named beside it.

What does "new websites" mean?

It means a website was published to the marketplace within the last seven days. The clock starts when the publisher listed it, not when the website itself was created, and not when you last visited.

The window is the same for everybody, so the count in your navigation, the filtered listing it opens and a link you send to a colleague all describe the same set of websites. Publinza records nothing about when you last looked.

The cart

What does adding a placement to my cart actually do?

It remembers it for you, and nothing else. Nothing is ordered, nothing is reserved, no price is locked and the publisher is not told. Your cart is visible only to you.

It is a shortlist for while you are deciding. You can leave something in it indefinitely, and take it out again at any time.

Can I check out and pay for my whole cart at once?

No. Each placement is bought from the publisher who owns it: you send that publisher a request, you pay on that one order, and they accept or decline it.

A single payment covering several publishers would be a promise Publinza cannot keep, because each of them agrees to the work separately and is paid separately. So there is no combined checkout, and the cart page sends each item to its own order request.

The price in my cart changed. Why?

Because the cart stores no prices. It holds a reference to the placement, and the price you see is the placement's current Marketplace price, read every time the page loads.

The Marketplace price can change until you place an order - for example when Publinza approves a new price for the listing. The price is fixed at the moment you place it: the order keeps its own copy of the price, the turnaround and the description, and a later catalog change cannot move them.

Why is something in my cart marked "no longer available"?

The publisher has withdrawn that placement from the marketplace, so it cannot be ordered right now. It may come back.

Publinza leaves the item in your cart and marks it, rather than deleting it. A line that vanished between two page loads would leave you wondering what you had chosen and why it went. Remove it yourself whenever you want to.

Orders

How does ordering work?

You send the publisher a request for one placement, with a brief describing what you want. You then pay for the order, and once Publinza has confirmed the payment the publisher can accept or decline it. If they accept, they do the work and submit the delivery; you review it, and can either accept it or ask for a revision.

Sending the request itself costs nothing - paying is a separate step you take afterwards, and it is what lets the publisher start. If a publisher declines an order you have already paid for, a refund is recorded as owed on that order.

Is the turnaround time guaranteed?

No. The turnaround shown on a placement is what the publisher states, and Publinza records it on the order as part of what was agreed. It is the publisher's own estimate, not a commitment by Publinza, and Publinza publishes no delivery deadline of its own.

If an order is overdue or has gone quiet, message the publisher on the order first; every order has its own message thread. If that does not resolve it, contact support.

Can I buy a placement on my own website?

No. An account cannot order its own placement, and the cart will not accept one either.

Can one account both buy and sell?

No. An account is either an advertiser or a publisher, chosen when it is created, and the choice decides which workspace you see.

Accounts created before Publinza separated the two sides are the exception: they are asked to choose once, and they keep read-only access to anything they published before.

Payments

How do I pay for an order?

Payment happens on the order after you send the request. The publisher can only start work after the payment is confirmed, so paying is what lets the order begin rather than something that follows it.

The payment methods available to you are shown on that order's payment page; which ones are offered is set by Publinza and can change.

Publinza never asks for a card number, a password or any part of either by email. Nobody at Publinza will ever ask you for them.

I paid and the order still says it is awaiting verification.

Some payment methods are verified by a person at Publinza rather than automatically. When you pay by one of those, you tell Publinza you have paid, and somebody checks it against the receiving account before the order moves on.

That wait is expected and does not mean anything has gone wrong. The order page always shows the live status. Publinza does not publish a time by which verification will have happened; if you have been waiting longer than seems reasonable, contact support and say which order it is.

What happens to my money between paying and delivery?

It is held against that order. It is credited to the publisher when you accept their delivery, not when they submit it.

Can I get a refund?

Publinza publishes no refund policy here, and nothing in the product refunds an order automatically. This page will not tell you that you are or are not entitled to your money back, because that would be a commitment made by a page rather than by a person.

If an order has gone wrong - it was not delivered, it was not what was agreed, or you paid for something that never started - contact support with the order and what happened, and a person will look at it.

Publishing

How do I list my website?

Create a publisher account, add the website, choose its categories and add at least one placement with a price. Then submit it for review.

Publinza moderation approves or rejects the submission. Once it is approved you publish it yourself - approval makes it publishable, it does not make it public.

My website is approved and published but is not in the marketplace.

A published website is listed only while it also has at least one active placement and at least one active category. If either is missing it stays out of the marketplace until one exists, without any further review.

Your website page in the publisher workspace says which of the two is missing.

When and how am I paid?

An order's amount is credited to you when the advertiser accepts your delivery. It is recorded against your account and shown in your earnings.

Paying that balance out to you is arranged by Publinza directly and is not something this page can put a date on. Ask support about a specific balance.

Your account

Why am I being asked to confirm my email address?

Because orders and payments are attached to it, and Publinza has to be able to reach you about them. Confirming it takes one click in an email Publinza sends you.

You can ask for the email again from the notice at the top of your workspace.

I cannot sign in.

Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. Publinza sends a reset link to the address you enter.

If you no longer have access to that address, contact support from one you do have, and say which account it is.

Still need an answer?

Email outreach@publinza.pro, or read how to get help. Include your account email address and, if it is about an order, the website and the date. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or any part of them.
