Organizations
An organization groups projects for a team. Its owner invites members as admins, members or viewers; each role decides what they can see and change. You do not need an organization to use Publinza on your own.
Invitations
An invitation is a link you share with the person; it expires after 14 days. Publinza does not email invitations yet. The person opens the link while signed in with the invited address and accepts it.
Clients and the client portal
Attach projects to a client to keep them together. A client can be given read-only access as a client viewer: they see the published reports of their own projects in their Publinza account, and nothing else.
Transferring ownership
An organization's owner can hand it to an active member with a confirmed email address. The member accepts the transfer from their account; until then nothing changes. The previous owner stays on as an admin.
