Who can see your data
Your projects are visible to you and the people you add, in the roles you give them. Client viewers see only the published reports of their own projects.
How long data is kept
Projects and their history stay for as long as the project exists; archiving a project stops new work without deleting its history. Files attached to marketplace orders are deleted 30 days after the order completes. Expired sign-in sessions and one-time links are removed after they expire. Order, payment and legal records are kept.
Deleting your account or data
The Data deletion page explains how to ask for your account or data to be deleted. Before closing an account, transfer ownership of any organization you own; the person taking over keeps its projects and history.
