Rankings and imports

Where rankings come from

Publinza does not check rankings itself and never fetches a Google results page. Positions come from you: entered by hand, or imported from a rank tracker you already use. Each position is labelled entered by you or imported by you.

The import format

A rank import needs keyword, date and position columns, and may add landing_url, checked_positions, country, language, device, location and note. One file can hold up to 5,000 rows.

If a keyword was not ranking in the positions checked, leave position empty and fill checked_positions, so the history records that it was checked and not found.

Automatic ranking data

Automatic rankings and search volumes would come from a licensed data provider. None is connected yet; where that data would appear, the product says it is not available.
