Reports

Snapshot reports, reviews, sharing and schedules.

Snapshots, not live pages

A report is a snapshot: the project's figures at the moment it was generated. Live project pages change as new data arrives; a published report does not, so what your client read stays what they read.

Review and publish

A report starts as a draft. It can be sent for review, approved, and published. Once published it cannot be edited, only revoked.

Sharing

Share a published report with a private link that has an expiry date and can be revoked at any time, or give a client viewer access in their own account. Shared pages are never indexed by search engines.

Schedules

A schedule generates a draft report weekly, monthly or quarterly for you to review. A scheduled draft is never published automatically.
